The Doors Will forever be a part of the Rock and Roll movement! The band was formed in 1965, by Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek, Who both went to UCLA film school together. The piercing and poetic words of Jim Morrison, the magical sound of Ray Manzarek's keyboard, the powerful sound of John Densmore's drums, and the electrifying sound of Robby Kriegers guitar amde up the band known as The Doors. Unfortunitly Jim meet his death July 3, 1971, just six years after the band was formed. Yet to this day the band still remains popular. They have songs ranging from number one hits, such as "Light my Fire", to powerful and eery one, such as "The End". Their four year career has lasted more than 3 decades.
